• Analysis on geographic characteristics, presenting a basic diagnosis of logistics and product distribution.
• Technical comparison of possible facilities for lime production, involving the technologies available in the
national and international market – horizontal kiln x vertical kiln.
• Comparative study of the main implementation costs (CAPEX) for vertical and horizontal kilns.
• Assessment of operational costs (OPEX) for the concepts presented, seeking to ratify the best installation options.
• Basic estimation for the entire project, including civil works, assembly and infrastructure.
• Development of a basic schedule for the implementation of the unit, considering that the
implementation license is already provided (LI)
